“A willingness to care for ourselves expands our ability to care for others because our hearts are open to the warmth of what is precious in each of us.”
Tarthang Tulku

Retreat Program

  • Explore caring qualities already present within us. These qualities open our hearts to genuine appreciation for our own being.

  • Experience how an unconditional friendship with ourselves can nurture and support what we most treasure in ourselves and others.
  • Focus on understanding how the power of caring heals the suffering of our mind.

This retreat is an experiential, dynamic journey of self-discovery. We will engage in new experiences to develop knowledge of how to care for our body, emotions and mind in the midst of challenging situations.

We will explore a broader and deeper understanding of caring through meditation, Tibetan yoga, interactive reflections, and group sharing.

This journey will reveal new ways to integrate the caring energy of the heart into your daily life.
