About Your Teacher
Helena Gold began studying, practicing, and teaching Tarthang Tulku’s books in 1986 in Brazil. In 2004, she moved to the US to become the Programs Manager at the Center for Skillful Means Consulting – Dharma Publishing.
In 2008, she moved to Odiyan, where she has lived to this day. Helena is a former Nyingma International Centers Co-Director from 2009 to 2025. Since 2019, she has been the Odiyan Programs coordinator under Rinpoche’s guidance.
